Shipping Policy
Shipping rates vary from product. The fulfillment company sets shipping rates, which we, for the most part, pass on to you, the consumer. For some products, specifically on products we believe the shipping would be unreasonable, we will charge you half of what the fulfillment company is charging.
We set shipping rates based on category, not by the amount of products. EXAMPLE: Say the fulfillment company charges $5 to ship a hoodie (+$3 for any additional hoodies) and $2 to ship a sticker (+$1 for any additional sticker). If you buy 2 hoodies and 2 stickers, the fulfillment company will charge $8 for 2 hoodies (1 + 1 additional) and $3 for 2 stickers (1 + 1 additional). We will charge you $7 for shipping and take the extra $4 from our profits.
Return & Exchange Policy
Similar to our return policy, please contact us with any issues immediately and we will determine the next course of action on a case-by-case basis. We strive to provide the highest level of service to our customers.
