Sunshine returns today, but it is cold! Happy Tuesday, North Carolina! Sunshine will be back; we will have a cold start with gradual warming by the afternoon. Highs will be in the 30s and 40s across the state, but we should see abundant sunshine so get outside for a little bit just have a jacket.
