Turning slightly warmer today! Happy Thursday, North Carolina! High pressure will remain in control of our weather today with mostly sunny skies after a cold start this morning; highs will be in the 50s across the state with even low 60s across southern NC. It will be a great day to head outside for some exercise, just dress in layers to stay warm.
