A southerly flow will remain in place ahead of a week trough that will pass through the state; areas of fog early will lead to partly to mostly sunny skies with highs in the 50s and 60s for most, even the low 70s south. As the trough moves in areas of clouds and a few showers will move into the mountains this afternoon and evening, later tonight into the overnight, a few showers will move east, but most should stay dry.
