Turning warmer today after the morning fog! Happy Monday, North Carolina! This morning will feature areas of fog and drizzle, it should burn off by 10 or 11AM, and we should start to see partly to mostly sunny skies across the state. Highs will be in the 50s for most, with some 40s in the mountains, so warmer than the past few days.
