Skies will become mostly sunny today; it will be rather chilly with a gusty wind throughout the day. Any snow on the ground in spots that did see anything will start to melt this afternoon, be careful on the roads, especially north. Highs will be in the upper 30s to low 40s across the state 20s in the northern mountains. Some will see white ground today others will see mud.
