I expect partly sunny skies, and a cold front to the south will continue to be the supporter of showers and thunderstorm development. Showers and thunderstorms will be possible today, especially in Eastern NC; a few will be possible west as well. They could produce heavy rainfall and gusty winds. Not everyone will see them.
