A rather nice winter day ahead with slightly warmer temperatures. Happy Thursday, North Carolina! Partly sunny skies expected; it should feel better today as the wind will die down. Highs will be in the mid-upper 40s to lower 50s. It will be a great day to get outside; by this evening, clouds will increase. Our next system will move into the state tonight, bringing more rain for Friday.
