Hooray, fully sunshine returns today, and no rain can't believe it! Happy Saturday, North Carolina! Yep, that's right, no rain today and mostly sunny. It will be chilly, but I'm not complaining because it will be sunny and not rain. Highs will be in the 30s and 40s across the state with a breeze.
