A much cooler day ahead after the passage of the cold front yesterday. Happy Thursday, North Carolina! I expect mostly sunny skies; temps will only make it into the 50s for most areas, cooler in the higher elevations of the mountains. It will be chilly tonight with lows in the 20s and 30s; at least it will be sunny today.
