After today's epic snowfall across NC, many are wondering when will the snow finally move out and the sun comes back out. Another quick round of snow will be possible from the foothills to the Triangle Monday morning. The combination of already snow-covered roads and new snowfall for Monday could make for a tricky morning commute. The chance of snow will begin early morning in the foothills and slowly spread east through mid-morning, all types of winter weather possible, freezing rain, sleet, and snow is possible. A quick 1-2" of more snow cannot be ruled out in the area's highlighted in Blue below.
