Headlines Week of April 21st

What to expect this week in the weather department:

Monday: Partly sunny skies with highs in the 70s and 80s across the state, a quiet day!

Tuesday-Friday: The ridge will break down, and a front will stall over the state, setting up a pattern more typical for June. Hit or miss showers and thunderstorms are possible each day. The storms will be scattered, it won't rain all day or be a washout, just hit or miss pop-up storms. The best chance is in the afternoon and evening hours. Highs in the 70s and 80s for the most part with partly sunny skies. Severe Weather threat is overall low, but can't rule out an isolated stronger Tuesday PM or Wednesday PM damaging winds as the main threat.

The Weekend: Partly sunny with scattered hit or miss storms possible in the afternoon and evening, especially on Saturday. Highs in the 70s and 80s. I'll pass along any updates that are needed this week, like normal.
