Yup, I am just the messenger here. It'll be another very cold day across the state. Happy Thursday, North Carolina! As we wake up, wind chills are in the 10s and single digits across most of the state. I expect sunny skies with temps only warming up, not too much into the 30s to low 40s for most areas, and a little colder in the mountains. It'll be a mostly quiet day, but a snow shower is possible across the high country. Our weather will change on Friday. I'll have an update on the weather change and the winter weather forecast later today.
